1. THE CONTRACT
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and
Conditions that follow. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between our Company and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease the prices. These Terms and
Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein. The service to be provided is/are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation.
2. PAYMENT /ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING/CREDIT CARD
The Company must confirm acceptance of the Client’s booking in writing. Please refer to the
confirmation email for details regarding final payment. Payment of the balance of the tour price is due on the end of each service that the client has booked. On the website you could find some tours or transfers in wich we ask for an on-line prepayment ,or for deposit,could be use for special tours or for particullary kind of transfer ,but on every tours/transfer you could find easily.The clients credit card details are necessary to hold the booking, the credit card needs to be a valid one owned by a valid person. There will no charges at all on the clients credit card as our company needs only to confirm the booking,depending on the kind of tours as explained before(deposit or prepayment) In case of expatriation of the card before the date of the service the client needs to contact our company with a new valid card.
3. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and be acknowledged by the Company in
writing. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation fees applicable.
Cancellation for Tours and Services: The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price.
1) Cancellation 14 days or more before the services (on tours more than 2 days long): 0% of cost of services booked. Incease of prepaymen Full refund of services to the client.
2) Cancellation less than 14 days before the services (on tours more than two days long)100% of cost of services booked will be charged by the company.
3) Cancellation 7 days or more before the services (on 1 day tour): 0% of cost of services booked. Incease of prepaymen Full refund of services to the client.
4) Cancellation less than 7 days before the services (on 1 day tour100% of cost of services booked will be charged by the company.
4. COMPLAINTS
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the
earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
The Company will provide personal information, as well as any personal information provided in
relation to persons whose travel arrangements have been requested by the Client. The Company will do all reasonably possible in endeavoring to protect personal information.
