PRICES & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our prices are NOT based on individual persons. Prices of our driver guides and excursions are based on the specific vehicle service.The cost of a private tour guide depends on the amount of people in your family or party.and if you need for the entire tour or for a part of it.** Your credit card number is used only to guarantee your reservation.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OR PREPAYMENT FOR ALL TOURS.

Usually payments are charged at the end of your service according to the quoted rates.few  tours ask for a confirmation payment and the balance could be possible at the end of the tour to the driver.**Cancellations will only be charged if you fail to cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your booked services.After this day, we have the right to debit payment as a “no show fee”.

ENTRANCE FEE TO THE HISTORICAL SITES:

Entrance fees to the historical sites are not included in our fees.We strongly suggest that all our Clients pre purchase tickets to the Vatican by clicking on the appropriate links.*** Please note that the Vatican does not allow any pre -reserved entrance tickets on the last Sunday of every month as it is free to enter and therefore, you may have to wait in line.Please keep in mind that this is always one of the busiest time to visit.

 

LOCATING OUR GUIDE DRIVER/TOUR ESCORT OR TOUR GUIDE:

Your guide-driver/tour escort or tour guide will always be waiting for you at the confirmed sight with a sign.If your are coming from a CRUISE SHIP we will be waiting where your ship docks.Always with a sign of the family or parties name.If you are coming from the AIRPORT we will be waiting for you directly after you exit customs.Always with a sign of the family or parties name.If you are coming from the HOTEL we will be waiting for you directly in the hotel lobby.Please aware the hotel concierge and they will identify us.**We strongly recommend our private guides for the sites of the Vatican City in Rome and the site of Pompeii

 

DRIVER-GUIDE /TOUR ESCORT /TOUR GUIDE:

Although we are proud that our drivers have been given the title “guide drivers” for their wealth of information, we do not permit them to accompany you during your duration in the historical sites, with the exception of an emergency.It is our pleasure to provide private tour guides for the individual or all historical sites at your request.Tour escorts also never accompany you into the historical sites, except in the case of emergency.Because Driver-Guide  and Tour-Guide in Italy are two different works and drivers can’t do it,not because we don’t want to enter with you in the historical sites of City, absolutelly no.

 

DRIVERS FOR TRANSFER FROM/TO PORT AND AIRPORT:

For these transfers we do NOT guarantee English speaking driver, as they are reserved for day tours and excursions only.
